Disable any application in Employee Self Service Portal

• Open Portal for the Admin user, and admin user must have all the required infotype maintained in R3.
• Open content Adminisration -> Locate through that particular iView/Page.
• Preview the required application. 

•  Hold Ctrl+ Right Click of mouse on the selected text or any UI element you want to make changes in.

• Navigate till your required UI element and corresponding text.
• If you want to make something Visible : click Non Personalized radio button. Else click Yes RadioButton.
• And at the end after making changes click -> Apply
